Location: Menara Uncang Emas, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data into data lakehouse and analytics environments.

• Collaborate with analytics solution engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Integrate data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files, streaming data) into unified and optimized datasets.

• Implement data quality checks, governance measures, and version control to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

• Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Participate in LLM (Large Language Model) inference development, including preparing AI-ready datasets and optimizing model integration for analytics use cases.

• Support graph analytics development using graph platform and related tools for network and relationship analysis.

• Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, AI model integrations, and graph data workflows.

• Stay up to date with emerging data engineering, AI, and graph analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field with a CGPA of 3.0+

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role (Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply)

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)

• Understanding of data engineering concepts such as data warehousing, data lakehouse, and data modeling

• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Alteryx, Dremio, and Cloudian HyperStore is a plus

• Interest or experience in AI/ML, LLM inference workflows, and/or graph analytics

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial

• Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Iceberg) is a bonus

• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage
