Location: Menara Uncang Emas, Kuala Lumpur

Duration of Internship: 6 - 12 months

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the sales database and ERP tools to ensure accurate and current information.
Conduct research on potential clients and industries to support sales strategies.
Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel logistics.
Participate in sales team meetings to gain insights into strategies and ongoing projects.
Learn and apply best practices in sales operations to contribute to the team’s success.
Other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

Must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related major.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively and work as part of a team.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication skills, along with optimism and enthusiasm.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Positive attitude, self-initiative, and ability to work independently.
