Location: Menara Uncang Emas, Kuala Lumpur

Duration of Internship: 6 - 12 months

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation for compliance and easy access.
Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing welcome kits, and conducting orientation sessions.
Update and maintain the HR database with accurate employee information.
Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when needed.
Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and ORTech’s website.
Support administrative tasks such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or studying in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Positive attitude, self-initiative, and ability to work independently.
