Location: Menara Uncang Emas, Kuala Lumpur
Duration of Internship: 6 - 12 months
Responsibilities:
Support the Administration and Human Resources department: Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR and administrative tasks.
Perform general office administration and reception duties: Manage office tasks such as greeting visitors, answering calls, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Maintain personnel records and HR documents: Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records and essential HR documents for easy access and compliance.
Update internal databases: Ensure that all relevant employee and HR information is current in the company’s databases.
Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems: Collaborate on new HR programs and practices to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Organize company events and activities: Help plan and coordinate various company functions, fostering a positive work culture.
Liaise with vendors and manage postal/dispatch arrangements: Communicate with external suppliers and manage the handling of mail and deliveries to support office operations.
Handle walk-in visitors and phone calls: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide orientations for new employees: Guide new hires through onboarding processes, providing them with necessary materials and explaining company policies.
Perform additional admin and HR duties as assigned by the Senior Manager: Take on various other tasks to support the department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Bachelor's degree or studying in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Effective communication skills.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Positive attitude, self-initiative, and ability to work independently.
