Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Operations Executive. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a strong interest in human resources and operations. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of HR and operations, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.

Operations Support:

Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
