Location: Menara Uncang Emas, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor data analytics, AI, and digital transformation projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Serve as the central point of contact between clients, ORTECH’s technical teams (Solution Engineers, Data Engineers, Trainers), and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverable acceptance forms.

• Schedule and track project tasks, milestones, and resources to keep project timelines on track.

• Organize and facilitate project kick-offs, weekly progress meetings, and stakeholder updates.

• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders when necessary.

• Support the Business Development team with proposal preparation, tender submissions, and pre-sales coordination when required.

• Maintain records of project budgets, expenses, invoices, and client approvals.

• Ensure all projects follow ORTECH’s quality standards and documentation best practices for analytics and AI solutions

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Project Management, IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.0+

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or administration (Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple analytics or IT projects concurrently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira)

• Basic understanding of data analytics and AI concepts is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Additional Points

• Experience with data lakehouse platforms (e.g., Dremio, Snowflake, Cloudian HyperStore) is a plus

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and integration into analytics workflows is beneficial

• Prior experience in public sector or enterprise tender submissions is a bonus
