What You’ll Do:

• Assist in maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, and task assignments.

• Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.

• Track project deliverables, milestones, issues, and risks, and support follow-up with the Project Manager.

• Support documentation of project updates, progress reports, and client communication logs.

• Assist with onboarding logistics for project kick-offs and training sessions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.

• Learn from hands-on project coordination experience across analytics, AI, and data engineering initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

• Students pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.

• Eager to learn about project delivery in analytics and AI domains and contribute to real-world client projects.
